Local governments with revenue of $2.5 million and lower: 50% of their healthcare savings goes to infrastructure and community projects like community centers.

Local governments with revenue of $2.5 million to $5 million: 50% of healthcare savings is paid to the state for funding of healthcare.

Local governments with revenue of $5 million to $10 million: 60% of healthcare savings is paid to the state for funding of healthcare.

Local governments with revenue of $10 million and above: 70% of healthcare savings is paid to the state for funding of healthcare.

Percentages of the remaining healthcare spending will be used for community projects and infrastructure.
Taxes

Changes to our current tax brackets and amending the current income tax rates as follows:

$1 - $25,000 = 4%

$25,001 - $65,000 = 6%

$65,001 - $100,000 = 8%

$100,001 - $175,000 = 10%

$175,001 and above = 12%

Business taxes would be increased to 8%

Tax incentives would be based only on new businesses and those that employ a certain percentage of veterans or rehabilitated felons.

All current tax breaks and tax deductions will be removed.

Taxes will be based on the individual, not the household.

This will end the need to file income taxes, with the exception of businesses and individuals who receive 1099s.
